In this Welcome to Bidhive onboarding course we will cover the platform’s end-to-end process and show you how Bidhive can assist everyone on your team to use best practice bid methodologies to define the opportunity, establish the bid strategy and execute the roadmap to success.

• How to use Bidhive to lead and project manage the planning, preparation, review, and submission of bid responses
• How to review your opportunities prior to initiation, determine the strategic fit of the proposal (bid / no bid)
• How to provide leadership to the proposal team, ensuring an understanding of scope of requirements, bid strategy, using appropriate content, and monitoring and meeting proposal deadlines
• Supporting the development of content for a bid
• How to support bid governance and approval processes.

We will also give you a sneak peak at what we’re working on using artificial intelligence to guide contractual, technical and win strategies.
